The increasingly cold weather signals the arrival of peak electricity and fire usage. On November 9th, China’s 34th National Firefighting Day, Binjiang Property actively responded to the Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee and Provincial People’s Government’s initiative to build “Safe Properties” and organized comprehensive fire safety drills across its managed projects for the “119 Firefighting Day” fire safety campaign.
Fire Drills in Various Projects
Guided by the core principles of “practicality and scenario-based training”, the fire drills replicated key links including fire alarms, personnel evacuation, initial fire suppression, and medical rescue. In many projects, the drills are conducted in collaboration with local subdistrict offices and fire departments. During the link of emergency evaluation, special attention was given and designated personnel were assigned to assist vulnerable groups such as the elderly and children. By combining theoretical training with hands-on practice, the drills are intended to make every employee a professional in firefighting equipment and emergency procedures, deployable, responsive, and effective. This regular “drill” routine aims to embed safety awareness and emergency skills into daily operations and establish a solid foundation for residents’ peaceful lives.
Fire Extinguisher Training and Fire Drill Collaboration
To strengthen residents’ emergency response capabilities and minimize property loss, Binjiang Property carried out comprehensive online and offline fire safety education across all its projects. Some projects also offered special learning and hands-on experience, including high-rise evaluation tips and hands-on fire extinguisher training.
